Code of Conduct

For Engineering, Procurement and Project Management Services, Stein Systems adheres to the Code of Conduct of the Association of Netherlands  Engineering Consultants (ONRI).

This includes - among other - that all project information, advice and decisions are transparent and not influenced by any other interests than best achieving the customer's project goals.  

All information shared will be used only for the purpose for which it has been shared and will only be shared with the partners that need the information for the project. In order to protect the interest of our customers and ourselves, the signing of a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement with Stein Systems Engineering BV may be required before we share IP-sensitive project information with our partners and suppliers.

‍Engineering Management, Project Management and Consultancy Services:

Stein Systems Engineering BV operates under Netherlands law.
‍
Terms and conditions will be agreed project-by-project and will be based on generally accepted conditions like FIDIC white book or DNR2011.
